There is a good village shop (P.O.) and bistro/bar  2 km from the cottages in the charming village of La Celle Guenand.

You are also only 10 minutes away from the lovely village of Le Grand Pressigny with its chateau, prehistory museum and two restaurants and bars. The village has a charm of its own plus all the practical features of an active community such as a pharmacist, doctor, butcher, baker, grocer, bookshop, florist, hairdresser and hardware store.

If you are celebrating something special and want a dining experience then you can dine at the 'Mitchelin Star' “La Promenade” in the nearby village of Le Petit Pressigny.
